What do we do?
Our programme contains three main stages:

Rescue
We initially rescue children from their dangerous lives on the street and offer them safety in our care, where we ensure their basic needs are met. We do this through street work, running feeding programmes on the streets in order to build trusting relationships, giving the homeless boys a chance to get to know us and learn that there is a way out of their current situation. Once they arrive at our Rescue Centre, they are met with a fresh change of clothes, a nutritious meal and given a comfortable bed and shower, as well as a warm welcome from our staff and other children.

Rehabilitation
Once settled into life at our Rescue Centre, we strive to help the street boys we work with to break any addictions to substances they have formed on the streets to make life more bearable. Our boys also take part in individual and group counselling to help them move on from the ordeals they have faced on the streets or beforehand. We also offer a curriculum to get them back into education and a more rounded happy childhood including lessons based on the Kenyan curriculum and creative workshops.

Restoration
Following careful planning, prayer and preparation we focus on reuniting these children back to their families and communities, as well as enrolling them in schools in order for them to live as children deserve to. If we are unable to reunite them with families, we offer stability by becoming their family and send them to school along with the other children living in our home long-term.
